We are looking for a full-time Team Leader with a HS Diploma or equivalent along with 2 years' experience in a leadership position that can engage, influence and motivate in a diverse work environment and instruct safe and productive work practices.  Wages may range from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour based on qualifications.  More details about this exciting opportunity are listed below.

The Team Leader provides leadership and is responsible for, although not limited to:

• Following and promoting company safety guidelines
• Ensuring quality and production standards are being met
• Leading and working along employees
• Maintaining and tracking inventory
• Area maintenance
• Reporting to Supervisor
• Training
• Understanding and communicating tasks with employees
• Employee accountability

S/he must be able to influence and motivate in a diverse work environment, instruct safe and productive work practices. Engage and work with employees with daily production requirements. Maintain, order parts for, and repair areas assigned. Daily maintain work area and promote housekeeping standards. Maintain inventory and report discrepancies found.   

This hourly position requires a HS Diploma or Equivalent along with 2 years' experience in a leadership position.  Experience in an industrial environment is desired, but not required.  Good analytical, technical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.

Must be willing to work a rotating shift and work overtime as needed.
